At-the-Doll-House.com: Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and in an unaltered condition. Please notify us by phone or email before you ship anything.

The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to our mailing address. The Full, at Time of Sale, Price* of our products are refundable in the event of a need to send them back. However, the credit issued will not include original shipping and handling charges.

Dealing with Items Damaged in the Mail

Exchanges due to Defect or Damage. If you received a defective purchase and need to exchange it for the same, email us to request a replacement.

Damaged Items. If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, email us and tell us if you want a refund or replacement. Also ship back the first item as it was shipped to you.

Wrong Items Received. If you receive a wrong purchase, please contact us about it immediately. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different one, you must first ship back the original item and then place a new order for what you'd like to purchase.

In the three above mentioned cases, of this section only, we will pay the shipping costs for you. So send it back and include your receipt for postage and our website will refund your costs.
