At-the-Doll-House.com: Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and in an unaltered condition. Please notify us by phone or email before the return.

The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to our mailing address. The Full, at Time of Sale, Price* of our products are refundable in the event of a return. However, the credit issued will not include original shipping and handling charges.

We reserve the right to not accept a return. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will however do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

We only refund in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card or through PayPal, we will issue a credit to that same card or a payment via PayPal when the item has been returned.

We require identification when accepting returns. So please supply all necessary information needed such as name, full mailing address, email, telephone number, and original method of payment.

Be advised that we keep track of all returns by customers and note any fraudulent or excessive returns.

Dealing with Items Damaged in the Mail

However the original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in any cases.
